It seems that Poss places family & friends first & foremost, as he hands out lucrative positions, while completely neglecting the Cash Crunch facing GBLX{Negative $9+ Million in fiscal 2018}. When you're forced to sell Treasury Shares & make Private Placements in order to just pay the bills, you don't have a lot of time or wiggle room. The next course of action can only be, either INCREASE A/S or do a R/S, those are the only 2 viable actions, unless a big fish buys part or all of GBLX.
