As I’ve said before, the SEC has limited resources and must chase the big fish first.
Ray Barton’s 4 stocks are still trading even after the SEC filed charges in 2017 accusing the owner & others of fraudulently selling billions of fake shares.
You’d thing those stocks would have been halted!
And EEG* is still trading even though it’s price today is 10x less than it was 21 years ago. It began selling in 1997 at .001 and is .0001 today.
I think that’s a bigger fish than MORONi, though I’m not sure the fraud is so evident or blatant.
