So here we are, months after ANY dumped most of their revenue-producing assets (albeit with substantially all of their liabilities, and riddance of a massive "burn"). Unless you're an insider, you haven't heard a peep about the revenue, products, and prospects of the current incarnation worthy of an SEC filing. About all that's been disclosed is that a major stockholder has dumped about a third of his holdings.

It's difficult to believe that the day-to-day price has any credible foundation. I suppose that the buyers are placing a bet on P.T. Barnum pulling yet another rabbit out of his hat, such as finding another failing company to merge with, and fueling the acquisition with a lot of forward-looking BS.

Personally, I think that ploy has worn thin. Perhaps he's going to try the opposite, and sell this company to one that is failing, but still has significant revenue? After all, there is a sucker born every minute.

VMcF is probably as well informed as anyone about the prospects of ANY, and he's dumping about as fast as he can without completely killing the share price. I guess I'd do the same if I were in his shoes, because I think it would take a miracle for this stock to retain its listing.

It all comes down to this question: Where's the beef?
