- The Court noted that the Affidavit of Service of the Notice of Stockholder's Meeting did not identify who the documents were mailed to and ORDERED Motion to Terminate Custodianship DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as the statutory requirements had not been met. Mr. Bauman to prepare the Order, circulating to opposing counsel and provide it back to the Court in accordance with EDCR 7.21.
