Patrick Byrne, Bud Burrell, Mark Faulk would disagree with you, in that MOST NSS/Share Counterfeiting is perpretated by hedge funds, crooked institutions, crooked brokers & MM's, etc., not by company insiders.

Although, I'm sure what you mentioned about the toxic financing happens to some degree, but I can't see it initiated by insiders, as NSS/Share Counterfeiting usually results in the death of the company, and what company would want that?

Now, if the company was a scam to start with then I can see it, but do you really feel that the majority of public companies in the Penny Stock Market are scams?

If so, then you should only Swing or Momentum Trade, and not Buy & Hold Penny Stocks!
