Those who have 40 million shares, and the majority were purchased this year will have no trouble recouping your money. It's those of us who bought 2 years or so ago that are really under water who may have a difficult time gaining back their losses. In my case I only have 28.8 million shares (it is scary continue to average down when the price continues to fall and no reversal in sight), when I am already down $100,000. With A GREAT product, $4million annual revenue and a manageable initial debt this was a no brainer. There was no way to lose...DILUTION...DILUTION...DILUTION...what ever happened to sound economics? What is the plan to turn this around. REVERSE SPLIT would ruin us all. O, the 5 billion that is being held for two years...they forgot to tell us the A/S will be raised to 15 BILLION. The 5 BILLION will be part of the 15 BILLION. (Just my opinion) :)
