it should correct accordingly EOD to the LOD or close i would suspect. LOI's mean squat in stinkyland and are often used to fluff the pps and volume ... knowing the deal will never happen

Hell of a run for just a LOI, plus all those closing conditions... Raising $10m,etc or no deal



next half hour should give some clues as to any insiders that may be in for the long haul or making a quick buck

beware of the pump it will leave you in the dump
