I spoke to the project manager from army corps. He wasn’t very informative. Called the investors line for plm and he told me weeks not months but this was a week ago.

The 404 is being kept hush, exact words (this is a publicly traded company, we can’t speak on this until done) the land exchange is done already though, the environmentalists have to sue the entities that approved it per the investor relations guy I spoke with.

My concern from the steps for 404 from their website we are past the comment period and well past the decision window.
