1. What am I being asked to believe?
2. Is there any evidence to support the claim?
3. Can the evidence be interpreted another way?
4. Is there evidence that supports the contrary?
5. What is the final analysis?
Answers:
1. ONCI is making record revenues & securing private label deals.
2. No- any “evidence” is vague at best: unaudited financials, tweets, claims of big PL deals with false names under the guise of harassment by investor phone calls.
3. Yes- all claims by Berman are vague at best and only support the notion he is pumping this stock i.e. he does not give investors anything to grab onto.. ( ex: false names concerning deals, revenue numbers that cannot be verified)
4. Yes- Market distrust, poor performing pps, immature twitter rants by the CEO, no interest from the market.
5. Most likely, based on his past performance, Berman is pumping ONCI for his own benefit
