Good Morning, My question is if some of us investor's in WSTI would consider a "TRANCHE RAISE" To get filings up to date, how does that start, I mean, would that be looking for something like 1000 people to put up 3k each ? Wanting to see what could help here, but some investor's ,like myself,are already out a lot of funding already ? What would be needed to start the process ? Thanks.
