i don't see why they would have any motivation at all to file anything. if they did, it would only prove this to be a scam and that would follow present personell around. if they don't file anything, let the stock disappear from view for a couple of years, then revive it, they might have a good change at another believable scam aggain.

all things multiply to the point of starvation.
