Amazing that news like this and we can't get past the .004's. We've even touched .0038 again. I have little faith in this CEO as he has absolutely no regard for shareholders with his relentless dumping.

I bought this stock about 6 months ago. The OS was 411M. Today it's 551M and the OS jumps up every two weeks when the OTC markets updates market information.

I am trying to wrap my mind around what is happening here. Why are we being diluted to death? IMO, this won't bode well when the announcement of the LOI is made if we are the acquirer. I would rather be acquired.

Our shares can be played with however they chose but if the CEO takes preferred, he's protected against a reverse split, common holders are not. I would really like to know what option he takes.

Right now, I am planning to dump this as soon as I am whole which isn't much higher than where we are. I don't see a positive outcome for me IMO.
