My dear Access-Power, Inc. Shareholders,

As you can see, I took quite a hit in February.

I had another Surgery in February 2019.

I am in daily pain, and sick and tired of taking full doses of
Norco every day.

I am prescribed over 60mgs of Hydrocodone every day in 4 doses,
so that is two 7.5's every 4 hours.

I am also prescribed Zanaflex (Tizanidine), careful with this one....
it is a strong non-narcotic muscle relaxer 4mgs twice 4x a day,
Valium,
and Lyrica for some nerve damage that I have in my left arm as a

result of my Spine Surgery in 2018 on my C7.

A laminectomy is one of the most painful surgery's that a man or
woman could ever have.

My left side of my C7 vertebra is drilled
and shaved all the way down.

I have so much pain as a result of that surgery.

As my shareholders know, I expense nearly 100% of the income to me,
so that I can pay bills,
and as of right now,
we only have about $7.80 in our Business Premiere Checking Account.

I will build up our cash reserve again.....I WILL.

I have to go now, and generate more revenue for our business.
