sdvi.. AZZAM and SDVI made a very strong OWNERSHIP/ACQUISITION statement in the original PR, which better be true? If there is a hitch in the Acquisition contract, or in the status of NANO-101 before the acquisition, then there may be trouble ahead?

It always seemed very fishy to me that a profitable Company would sell-out for only Shares? Unheard of, especially in the P-S field where struggling to earn a Penny is so common! I hope AZZAM and the Boys thoroughly researched the Nano company before they bought it out?
