Why is this a big deal you say? Well other than the fact that Barney Frank was a former U.S. Congressman, he actively serves on the board of Signature Bank.....Do you smell money yet??

Why am I bringing this point up you may ask? Well....that line was singled out in the PR and I think Bobby might be giving us clues.
