Before the Court are the Motions to Dismiss for Failure to State of Claim of three Defendants: Academy, Ltd., d/b/a Academy Sports + Outdoors1, Specialty Retailers, Inc.2, and Fossil Group, Inc.3 Each of these seek to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims for patent infringement

IV. Conclusion
The Court recommends that Defendants’ Motions should be DENIED.
