So in this email exchange I had the other day with IMTL investor relations, while he did not say that there would be a share buyback, he did say that the form 4's "act as a buyback", which is very interesting. That, and NO reverse split. I added yesterday.

Thank you for your very thoughtful email....The company has no plans to either reverse split the stock or generate a stock buy back...although I urge you to view my filed Form 4's and I plan on filing more this week..They act as a buyback as I'm not a seller...We hope the stock price reflects our roll out of the new model and appreciates in price moving forward...
