Not a real sale IMO, with all the documented market manipulation, its easy to see an MM shorted 3800 shares to the buyer to create a false reality.

Its OK we lodged a complaint with FINRA last week over other manipulation, could result in a VERY heavy fine for the offending MM.

Years back we cost a market maker 40 grand for similar games.
