Cancellation is not an option...The plan lays out “ no hardships “ for stakeholders ANY parties of interest...
Cancellation would violate the court documents...The only option is to satisfy ALL parties...It”s a multi billion dollar industry...No strategic bidder would want to lose out on the acquisition...pretty soon it”s payday !
