About the Reg A 2 mil shares offering, we already have a SEC reviewer assigned, but so far now, we did not get any questions or comments about our file. We expect that will receive it during this month, we are in the SEC standard time frame yet.

We are finishing the last details for the design of our iQSTEL Marketing Plan, we will begin the its implementation in the following weeks, this is a key part of our Reg A implementation.

Other thing that is important to disclosure, is about the iQSTEL 10-K File, we are working on it and we plan to file on time.

About the Leandro Iglesias deal with Metrospaces for the acquisition of 51% of Etelix.com USA LLC in April 2017. Mr. Iglesias has the commitment to reinvest in iQSTEL/Etelix (NO in Metrospaces) part of the money received from Metrospaces. So far now, Mr. Iglesias has done his investments under the terms agreed between he and Metrospaces.
