Why should they? Ecolocap Solutions Inc, symbol ECOS, is the subject of this forum and is a Nevada domiciled Public Corporation?

ECOS/Bioart LLC is a separate private LLC and has no public stock.

It's the responsibility of ECOS management to inform shareholders of everything they do. ECOS shareholders should be livid IMO.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
