I think you've got plenty of time. Judging by how long it took them to get caught up with their filings and finally become current, we may not see the annual report before the Q1 report is due or even past due. It still bothers be a lot that there was no mention of the Nano acquisition under subsequent events in their Q3 18 report. In fact, they have made no mention of the Nano acq in any filing. Still wondering what the conditions were.
