Atlas Technology Group, Inc. still shows up-to-date with the SOS. The officers are shown, although Gary Lopez was removed. The registered agent is C.L. Morris - that’s Cortney Lynn Morris, the notorious Mike Zoyes’ step-daughter. She’s an officer, agent, and/or director in many if not all of his publicly traded companies.

When ATYG filed an amendment in 2015 to change their name to Moxie, that name change was legitimate in Florida only. Evidently they filed with FINRA to change their symbol to MOXI, and to change the Company's name to Moxie Motion Pictures on a federal level as well. But FINRA never issued those changes to ATYG.

What’s weird is after about 3+ years, they recently filed with the SOS to change their name BACK to Atlas Technology Group, Inc. I’ve seen this done a couple of times before and it’s always because FINRA simply would not issue a name or symbol change.
