In "SHORT" manipulation is why it's trading below the penny+ range. Trading thin with the spread has made it an easy target with the lack of volume. With any good amount of consistent buy volume this would overcome that and rise significantly in quick fashion, but without that it'll continue the trend it's been on. It is a low float and trades very thin and that buy volume when it arrives will break the channel. The low volume this typically sees shows the market just does not seem to have an awareness of this ticker. Promotion can overcome that. The follow up article today in Goldman Small Cap Research with their confirmation of the .15 target could be a good awareness promotion as when you click on their website it is currently showing as the top headline research article. I can't say how many eyes are on that, but it should gain some interest here. There are certain sites I click most days just for a brief view to see if anything I follow shows up or anything new catches my eye to further look into. I'm sure many others are the same. A social media presence could help significantly. This board seems to see little amounts of visitors, but there are other general boards within the site that could gain ADHC awareness if any were to bring attention to ADHC by supplying any info on those boards.

Buy volume has to be shown to support ADHC and if it does it'll move up quite nicely.
