Where is the paperwork on the transfer of 1,000,000 perfered C shares to this guy ballbat?

He claims he was appointed ceo by a guy who resides in prison ?

Where is the paperwork supporting this transaction signed by the prior CEO and who was the notary for this transaction? Where are the signed and notorized documents?

Time to start asking some real question on how this guys walks in off the street and makes himself the majority shareholder with no evidence of a transfer of shares or money.
