He responded to someone that there was no known dilution going on, and that he didn’t expect the o/s to increase. It didn’t increase last month and I just don’t see the dilution. UNLESS Bob failed to settle the notes that hadn’t converted yet. Which in that case would be a huge problem.
I’m putting the last bit of faith I have in here praying that Bob comes out like a hero.

It’s not looking like the r/s is going to take place this week. Unless we get a pr later today or Wednesday. I have never seen a stock release the scheduled date which is the next or following day. Usually at least 3 days out. Granted I haven’t actually been in very many r/s (thank god) but the ones I have seen usually are weeks apart.
