GM CELZ FORCE- I want to re-emphasize the importance for ALL longs to communicate directly with CMTH/CELZ leadership Tim Warbington or Don Dickerson regarding their lack of follow-up with shareholders.

I have been a staunch advocate of CMTH/CELZ since last May, given patience and time for them to do what they need to do to grow the business and supported them with a large investment of my money.

However, with the ceaseless shares hitting the market for 8 months and our SP trying to cling to a penny, I think it's only fair and reasonable to expect a little more transparency from CMTH/CELZ leadership. They don't need to give away confidential info; however, they need to be clear and direct with shareholders. There is a lack of trust and it's reflected in the SP!

I have made my views clear to Don Dickerson and Tim Warbington over the past 6 months. However, unless more shareholders with positions reach out to leadership and request a shareholder call or some direct understanding of where things stand in relation to past PR's issued, nothing will change.

For example, what happened to Barton Wachs of Orange County and Sheldon Freedman of Las Vegas who were announced as a CaverStem doctors last year and were on the old website but not the new/improved CaverStem website list of doctors? Did anyone get a PR on what happened to them?

What is transpiring with Switzerland and Alto Uro? We received an 8k 6+ months ago about them coming online in Oct/Nov and have not received any news since. What about Russia? Where do things stand? What are the objectives for Europe and Int'l. Is Gershman still the guy heading it up as we've received no info on what he's working to accomplish.

WE the shareholders deserve better! I have over $100k invested in this company, have been a huge supporter in CMTH/CELZ and their approach to treating human conditions; however, I've been in business long enough and a shareholder in small and large companies long enough, to know when things are on track and when improvement is needed.

It is time CELZ leadership earn OUR trust which has declined. I would suggest we either write as a group of shareholders or you do so individually as I have, but make yourself heard. The board is NOT the place to make CHANGE happen. It is for sharing ideas and info.

I will continue to hold my shares and let things progress; however, I would highly recommend that long shareholders ban together and request a call with CELZ leadership or some clarity on the questions I raise above and others so that trust is built. Then the SP will adjust to it's true home which is much higher than it is now. Or it will erode slowly down.
