Ayeah Company has amazing revenue for OTC.
So, this could potentially be a positive R/s , if everything is done right by the company.
I myself, would Def. Prefer to avoid a R/S at all cost.
But, yah gotta do what yah gotta do, to get the big $$$ investors in & happy!
