Let me put it another way...
My thought is, IF we've lost Cresent and/or ESPECIALLY PAS (after all the risk and effort put behind it AND the monetary potential gain), AND Devon/management is off trying to sell US and the crowd on another NEW adventure? Who in their f*cking right mind, is going to believe another new storyline? I'm sorry, but settling for another new business venture is NOT going to cut it, NOR is giving up PAS for $40,000 that we will never see.
After nearly four years of this sh*t, living through the tail-end of CALTRANS, Honeywell, the LED adventure, Cresent, PAS and the lawsuit...now what?
If we've somehow managed to hang onto Cresent, I will be SHOCKED. With a half million dollar (plus legal fees) owed to TCA, how is leadership going to pay TCA with no assets to back it up and no potential multi-billion dollar (if PAS relationship was terminated on paper and the ongoing relationship soured) AND/OR if Cresent is somehow miraculously retained, after needing seed money in the beginning to keep Cresent alive and go after new projects, a dirty loan that led to over a 1 year delay and got us into this whole mess?
Then explain IHSI's website being offline w/in the last 12 hours, after someone purporting the Widner family is threatening further legal action, after all the company has done for them?
It's been almost seven years of comedy of errors with this company, almost four of which I've been a SH, so if you can show me one glimmer of hope, beyond a tweet, please do so.
...and one other thing, let's say management comes up with a new plan, selling balloons at sporting events, or WTH ever they MAY have up their sleeve, think of the TIME, money and expense it will take to set THAT up.
And I am sorry for being a complete and utter assh*le, but someone needs to start holding people accountable here.
