Fund raise question>>> Why was it so urgent for Continental Grain to pre buy the warrants?

1. As far as we know, the 1,000,000 warrants at $3.25 have not been exercised. They may have been. But if not, why could CG not have waited another month to find out or even wait until the June shareholder meeting?

2. If the $1,000,000 warrants at $3.25 have been exercised, wow, that is another $3.25 M raised. I would feel Rystrom might have mentioned that in the $12M PR.

So, I must conclude the CG wanted to get in before the CC. If it is a fantastic CC, the stock could soar to the top resistance channel at about $5.00. I would guess that for the holders to exercise, the price must be $4.00 anyway, unless the holders have already bought and are holding the new shares.

The only conclusion for the above is that CG feels the stock will be much higher in June than now and they wanted to get in cheaper. If not so good news is coming out at the CC next week, CG would not have pre bought those warrants, IMO. So, look for a fantastic CC and earning projections.

1.Is this new product from the new plant is for factored into 2019 sales, assuming it will be ready by years end?

2. If the $3.25 have been or will be excised, $15m for expansion and a tuck in acquisition. Hey, something huge is coming.
