TMXN hasn't yet posted its annual report, which will be due at the end of this month, or, if the company takes an extension, in mid-April. So the most recent disclosures available are those contained in the 30 September 2018 quarterly report. It isn't very informative, but it does make clear that as of that date Hugo Saavedra and his wife Debra were still in control of the company. Hugo signed the disclosure document on 6 December, which probably means he was in control at that time.

On 11 December, Morgan Petitti signed an attorney letter for the company. She's had a brush with the SEC in the past, so that's perhaps a minor red flag. But she probably wasn't making it up when she said the Saavedras were still in control of the company.

There's been no news or disclosure from the company since 13 December, which a PR was issued:

Evidently EKO once had a site called ekonaturals.us, but it seems to be for sale currently;

EKO Holdings, LLC may be a Pennsylvania company. You'll have to look it up yourself; the company page can't be linked:

Left Coast Ventures can be identified. Its primary registration is in Delaware. It's also registered in California. It was formed in California by a Brett Cummings o 28 June 2018:

The link to the Left Coast website offered on the LinkedIn page doesn't work. So I have no idea why it's believed Left Coast is doing business as EKO Naturals.

So the only answer I can offer is that I don't have an answer. You may just have to wait till TMXN posts its next disclosure statement at OTC Markets. I gather no one's been able to get through to Hugo Saavedra. You could also try calling Brett Cummings, or sending him a message through LinkedIn.
