The whole sector in the penny stocks have been
Going down . Nugs., Pure, hempq Canb is starting to
Roll over , Vate and Sipc are off their highs. The list goes on.
And all charts look the same . Sipc and Vate are at about 4 cents.
Sipc makes no money yet . Vate make about 1.5 to 2 million a year .
Sgmd makes about 7.5 million . One of Their
best years in a while .
We are now in prove me stage .
The best part about Sgmd is we are about to be proven.
The charts show some resistance at 5 cent .

I think Sgmd is sick of paying companies for Pr work
And ending up in no better shape. This may mean Less Pr s then usual.
Each Pr cost money. There are no independents
Out there to create news on there own so Sgmd has to
Rely on themselves to pay networks like newsnetwork
And others to get there story out . I expect the next news to be big and bigger then usual.
The 8k provided guidance of the whole company
Of bizright will be recognized in 2019 and has started
Late 2018 recognizing revenue.
The important language here is they have started recognizing rev in late 2018.
Last year the language was they expect to recognize revenue in 2018.
Big difference .
What this means now is Sgmd has to start spending money to make money.
No way around it . That's why you are seeing a increase in spending and share count.
Inventory is what you call a one time charge . Raising share price to buy a company is a one time event
Until they need to raise more capital. That has yet to play out .
All deal were written with a valuation in mine, once the deal took place
Each party would see a significant gain on the share price .
First deal bizright at abt 085 . Second deal sky at abt 10 cents .
Each company definite were thinking a Much higher price since the deal were written
At abt 1 to 1 1/3 time sales. once Sgmd recognized all revenue and both companies are now publicly traded
The stock will have to catch up to some of their piers . Most of the companies that earn revenue
Even with a high burn rate , trade 10 x sales or more.
We are at 5 x sales now . 1 x sales once bizright rev is fully recognized .
