Question about CBD: My understanding is that due to the 2018 farm bill being signed into law, in January 2019, that CBD/Hemp is Federally legal now. Is there any accuracy or truth to this thought?
Isn't it of concern that the FDA could or will step in and stop the CBD sales of POTN/Diamond? Seriously, doesn't that possibility have a likelihood of occurring? Is there any accuracy or truth to this thought?
Also, aren't several states like Michigan, etc. cracking down on sales of CBD edible and drinks, thereby literally taking CBD products off of store shelves? Is there any accuracy or truth to this thought?

I'm asking about this, not to spread fear or rumor, just to find out what the truth is. Unfortunately, it appears to me that the state laws need to catch up to the federal laws and as we all know, it can take a while for the government/legislation to be created and voted into law.
I'm disappointed, because it it every time I get involved with something good or something that has good potential, the government steps in and messes it up, this has happened to me with good jobs and good stocks.
What's the truth? I'm leaning toward POTN/Diamond's CBD products and sales getting messed over by the state laws and then it will give other companies time to catch up to POTN/Diamond, as those companies plan in the background, while waiting for state laws finally get straightened out? Is there any accuracy or truth to this thought?
If I had to take a guess, POTN's sales could get stopped by the state laws and the share price could tank. Is there any accuracy or truth to this thought?
