Because the R/S is still authorized ;What does it take to OFFICIALLY TAKE THIS OFF THE TABLE -MH 's word is not good enough-he has lied NUMEROUS TIMES over the last 4 years ,especially about DILUTION
Is there a process to revoke R/S authorization -does it take a FORMAL vote
The board /insiders would show their TRUE colors if they would allow/not allow a revocation of the authorization
I agree ,as stated in past ,that MH will try to sell /grant shares until
close to the 6 billion and then R/S and start all over.
