This was his response to my question.

Sorry for the delayed response.  The DXBRF symbol does represent Dixie Brands of Denver, CO, and if you buy DXBRF shares you will own shares of Dixie Brands.  It is considered a "grey market" over-the-counter (OTC) symbol, as it was established by a third party with no involvement from Dixie Brands.  Dixie has applied through OTC Markets for a permanent OTC listing, and will announce via news release if that application is successful.
