LRS has a 'substantiated' value....ECOS has a 'contrived' value and is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

When things don't have a substantiated value, a value can be contrived by people wanting to take advantage of others (by creating a fake value and using it to enrich themselves in a quick and easy way).
