Fortunately the company was separated into segments when the creditor(s) sold off the assets.
Since creditor(s) controlled RMTD when the assets were divided....

The patents and the money earned by lawyers went in separate camps.

Some people using those patents have never been sued either.

The market is saturated with companies selling the same stuff RMTD did.

RMTD, left behind? or set aside?

Depends on which camp your in.
