I sent an email to IMTL investor relations, where I advocated for a share buyback. Today I received this response:

Thank you for your very thoughtful email....The company has no plans to either reverse split the stock or generate a stock buyback...although I urge you to view my filed Form 4's and I plan on filing more this week..They act as a buyback as I'm not a seller...We hope the stock price reflects our roll out of the new model and appreciates in price moving forward...
