they wouldn't. my guess is RIBT approached CG for cash to expand capacity and to better technology based on orders they need to fulfill or interest they have received through their new sales team. CG obliged and likes the prospects and offered RIBT an opportunity to be consolidated into CG down the road, which Rystrom is pondering. Its a benefit to both parties. CG sees value in RIBT's processes and RIBT sees value from being acquired by a larger more resourceful company. main thing is CG sees much value in RIBT. that alone provides increased shareholder value going forward. had RIBT not been so thinly traded, that news alone would've propelled the share price IMO. Since it doesn't have the following, its going to take some time for the market find it, then absorb it, then trade on it.
