My thoughts are he is trolling hard and is completely wrong. They have to release news at some point in the near future that will want to bring new investors in and peak some interests. This should bring the company to a penny. With that, they need to hold a penny as we all know to obtain and keep QB status.. The biggest question is what is the news?

Buyback?
Merger?
Major Sales Partner?
Major Jump in Revenues?

Hard to speculate what will bring the noise, but it's coming.
