Well BOF, my best read between the lines, which may be entirely incorrect, is that Cherry has design plans that will more tightly bind ADVT to N2Pack, hopefully for patent purposes of the canning processes. I'm not sure what they can do to force competition to work through ADVT AND N2Pack in buying canning solutions unless they are legally tied together at the hip (with patents). This is totally IMHO.
