I'd say so, Aphria is a solid company with large production capacity (in the Top 3) with the lowest productions costs by far of the Top 3. APHA is the cost leader with some very good products (Broken Coast being the top rated product in the market). I also feel that Jakob Ripshtein is one of best executives in the industry (not to mentioned one with a substantial number of contacts and clout with potential global partners from his previous job as President of Diageo Canada)

ACB doesn't have any of the best or most popular products, their products are more expensive, and it is a highly diluted company (1,000,000,000 shares outstanding).

TLRY and CRON have very little production capacity and don't have any of the best or most popular products. Tilray is currently very overvalued.

I see Aphria moving into the #2 spot behind Canopy come 2020 due to their sizeable production, lowest costs, and popular products.
