Cant fix a scam with new persons, its still a scam. This only exists as a way to funnel money for a few con artists.

They will never get legitimate funding, when they owe so much money to themselves. Directors loan themselves money, charge interest, owe for the fake patent price. Any money a bank loans them, will be funneled to the shell companies.....zero value to sbfm.
