I admit that NNRX did jump the gun on there PR, but it appears that the information in this letter came to light after the announcement of merger. The finial signing of the merger was dependent on the information being produced, when William could not comply with the requirements of the merger that is when he back out trying to make it appear he was the one that was in the right when it was him that could not comply with requirements. NNRX did over PR the proposed merger and gave William almost to months to comply which he could not.
I do believe in the future NNRX will not be jumping the gun on future PR’s, which will mean a longer gap between PR’s.
