Here are the facts.

If VPLM doesn't get a license agreement, buyout or settlement, it will go to court. Those are the facts.

I may have missed this, but please point out why you feel VPLM wont be successful in court?

I personally love the new page here. It only confirms what I've been saying for a while. The fact that every rock is turned, every crevice searched looking for a negative. This has been going on for 6 years and guess what. Not one can give a reason VPLM will lose in court if it goes that far.

We know about dilution. Company made it clear that is how they were funding this fight. So far dilution has helped increase the stock price from .003, got the patents approved, got an IPR sweep that only 4% accomplish and continues this fight.

Please prove dilution wont be worth it in the end?
