I'm not an expert on how this kind of company operates, but would it be better for the stock if the company stopped telling everyone when something is planned to happen (for example, saying when press releases are expected and when filings may be fulfilled), and instead report events only after they occur? Because it seems to me like most of the disappointment comes down to missing stated deadlines. Why not keep the deadlines secret, and achieve a more stable stock price?
