IMO, the pps is not under Mr. Wileys[b}completecontrol and therefore his focus staying on honesty to us and building the company, facilities, maintaining financial stability and continuing to establish new intra-business relationships etc. will for me anyway, maintain my confidence in ATWT. Possible answer as you point out...file the schedule D! That I am guessing is under his control and when the filing fits his template, he will file. JMHO.

What has gotten us to the point we are and I am not referring to pps, I am referring to a solid company based on great business relationships both established and continuing to increase, infrastructure for manufacturing of the product line. A product line which addresses an important niche' market that is building attention and unfortunately, due to ongoing tragedies, becoming more and more recognized even to the point of gaining the attention of legislators.
This approach has worked and IMO is appropriate for the continued growth as well as future growth of the company.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that his approach, although slow and meticulous, is working and this is no simple task in today's world. Also in my opinion,
