I think you are right SB007. With this settlement and the ability of VTGDF to implement or invest the funds where they see fit it only opens the door for more revenue. Been following the market 30 plus years and have seen VERY few stocks fly under the radar like this one. I am not advising anyone to follow my advice but I am buying heavily here.
