Actually, that is no longer an issue. I recently had a brief chat with JB about the "R" shares. He said, "...none of our stock is actually restricted from a time line- we just need to get legal work done and administratively have each share cleared at the transfer agent level." So in the process of doing the merger, the filings will be done and we will all have common shares. If that happens I doubt I will be in the mood to dump any stock. How about them apples?
