OPTI....If and when Optec International starts to put out any positive company news this pps will soar on a very tiny mere trading float which I would guess would be around 2.4 million shares....this pps will blow north of a 1.00 plus with retail buying pressure or new investors coming in!....I will be adding because it's severely undervalued here and all
